In November 2024, Maxeon Solar Technologies and TCL announced an agreement-in-principle for the sale of Maxeon's EMEA, APAC and LATAM sales and marketing organization to TCL—forming a new solar solutions business unit within TCL that can maximise the benefits of vertical integration—TCL SunPower Global.
